Prices may change based on gold or silver rates, product availability, taxes, making charges, or other business factors.

The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed and confirmed at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or product-information errors. If an error affects an order already placed, we will contact you before processing it.

5. Orders

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.

An order is confirmed only after:

• Successful payment;
• Product availability is verified; and
• An order confirmation is issued.

We may cancel or reject an order due to:

• Product unavailability;
• Incorrect pricing or product information;
• Payment failure;
• Suspected fraud;
• Incorrect delivery details; or
• Legal or operational restrictions.

If a prepaid order is cancelled by us, the eligible amount will be refunded through the original payment method.

Online payments are processed through authorised third-party payment gateways appointed by us from time to time.

You agree to provide accurate payment information and confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Neeva Jewels does not directly store complete card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, or net-banking passwords.

Payment processing may also be subject to the terms and policies of the applicable payment provider or bank.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are delivered through authorised courier and logistics partners appointed by us from time to time.

Estimated delivery dates are provided for guidance and may be affected by:

• Courier delays;
• Weather conditions;
• Public holidays;
• Remote delivery locations;
• Incorrect delivery information; or
• Events beyond our reasonable control.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and remain available to receive the shipment.

Any delivery charges, serviceable locations, and estimated timelines will be displayed during checkout or communicated with the order.

8. Returns and Replacements

Free replacement is available only when:

• A product is received damaged;
• A wrong product is delivered; or
• An item is missing from the package.

The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

A clear and continuous video of the first unboxing of the sealed package is required. The video must clearly show the shipping label, sealed package, complete unboxing process, and all items received.

If the first-unboxing video is missing, unclear, edited, paused, or incomplete, the replacement request may be denied.

All approved requests will be handled according to our Easy Returns and Replacement Policy.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

An order may be cancelled only before it is processed or dispatched, subject to our approval.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot normally be cancelled.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method. The time required for the amount to appear may depend on the payment provider or bank.

10. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Provide false account, payment, or delivery information;
• Attempt unauthorised access to the website or another customer’s account;
