Return & Replacement Policy

At Neeva Jewels™, every jewellery piece is carefully inspected and quality-checked before dispatch.

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect product, or find any item missing from your order, we’re here to help.

Replacement Request

Please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

To request a replacement, please provide:

Order number
Clear photos of the product and packaging
A clear, unedited, and continuous video of the first unboxing showing:
- Shipping label
- Sealed package
- Complete unboxing process
- All items received
- The damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item

Important: Claims without a clear, continuous, and unedited first-unboxing video may not be accepted.

Free Replacement

Once your claim is verified:

A free replacement will be provided
No additional shipping charges will apply
Any missing item will be shipped without additional charges

Where required, Neeva Jewels™ will arrange collection of the affected product.

Please do not return or courier any product without receiving confirmation and instructions from our customer-care team.

Verification and Processing

Replacement requests are generally reviewed within 2–3 business days after receiving all required information.

Once the returned product is received and verified, the replacement will generally be dispatched within 3–7 business days, subject to product availability.

Product tags
Invoice or GST bill
Warranty card
Certificate of authenticity
Jewellery care guide
All accessories received with the product

Replacement Will Not Be Accepted For

Change of mind or personal preference
Size, design, or colour preference
Products that have been used, worn, resized, repaired, altered, or damaged after delivery
Requests submitted after 24 hours of delivery
Missing invoice, packaging, tags, certificates, warranty card, or accessories
Damage caused by improper handling, chemicals, perfume, water, moisture, accidental impact, or misuse
Normal wear and tear
Natural tarnishing of 925 Sterling Silver
Minor variations in handcrafted jewellery, stone placement, colour tone, polish, or finish

Tampered or Damaged Packages

If the parcel appears opened, damaged, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept it.

Contact Neeva Jewels™ customer care immediately and share the relevant photographs or video.

If the Product Is Unavailable

If the same product is unavailable, Neeva Jewels™ may:

Offer a similar product of equivalent value
Or process a refund for the affected item, where applicable

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method. The amount may take additional time to appear depending on the bank or payment provider.

Important Notes

Replacement is available only for damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing products received
A defective product means a manufacturing or quality defect that existed at the time of delivery
Exchange or replacement is not available for change of mind or personal preference
Slight variations in handcrafted jewellery, stone placement, colour tone, polish, or finish are natural and are not considered manufacturing defects
925 Sterling Silver may naturally tarnish over time due to exposure to air, moisture, chemicals, and daily wear. This is a natural property of sterling silver and is not covered under this policy
Please inspect the parcel immediately upon delivery and before using the product
Neeva Jewels™ reserves the right to approve or reject any replacement request after reviewing the submitted evidence
This policy does not limit any rights available to customers under applicable consumer-protection laws
